March 22, 2018

The primary goal for Paul Mengert, AMG (Association Management Group) founder and current CEO, is to educate everyone in the business of homeowners’ associations to be better. While AMG is a management company, it also functions as training program. One reason Paul Mengert founded AMG in his hometown of Greensboro, North Carolina in 1984 was based on his fervent belief that giving back to a community is very important, whether it is done personally or through business activity. As CEO, Paul Mengert of AMG has become a highly regarded leader in the homeowners’ association management industry, not just in the Carolinas and well beyond.

You see, there is a lot more to Paul Mengert, AMG CEO, than being an executive with a successful firm; he also possesses an unwavering commitment to education and training. His education started at the University of North Carolina, where he majored in Political Science and Communications. Paul followed that up by gaining a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) certification in 1990. Then, in 2005, he graduated from Harvard Business School.
